Delivery
As items are made to order please allow 10 working days (2 weeks) for production.
Where possible orders will be completed and dispatched earlier.
Your item will be delivered to your door by a courier, this will occur within standard working hours, Monday to Friday. A tracking number will be provided to you upon despatch. As a signature is required, if you are not home when delivery is attempted a calling card will be left, you then contact the courier directly to arrange a new delivery time that suits. Alternatively you may give us authority to have them item left at your address without a signature.

Returns
As our items are made to order we do not accept returns based on change of mind. We urge you to choose fabric carefully before ordering (free fabric samples are available).
We will happily exchange an order in the unlikely event of a fault upon arrival. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Warranty
12 months

Depending on your chosen model, our bedheads are designed to be installed in one of two ways:

• Wall-Mounted Cleats – A slimline aluminium cleat system that allows your bedhead to be securely fixed to the wall. The cleats interlock for a safe and professional finish.

• Adjustable-Height Leg Supports – Timber legs with multiple pre-set height options, giving you flexibility to position your bedhead exactly where you want it.
