Shipping policy

 

We make and ship all products from the Noosa Hinterland, Queensland. We ship Australia-wide using reputable couriers, choosing the most affordable and reliable option for each order.

Customer Pickup

Pickup available at our Noosa Hinterland location – select 'Local Pickup' at checkout if you're nearby. Turnaround time is the same. You'll be notified when ready to collect. This is a great way to avoid shipping costs and get your order faster!

Turnaround Time (from receiving your order to handover to courier)

  • 1–2 working days for fabric by the metre and express bedheads
  • Up to 10 working days for standard items
  • Up to 15 working days for custom items (adds an extra 5 working days to manufacturing/processing time)

Courier Transit Time (business days after handover; approximate guides only)

  • Local QLD (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, nearby): 1–3 business days
  • East coast major cities (Sydney, Melbourne, etc.): 2–5 business days
  • Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Perth and remote/rural Australia: 5–10+ business days

This means most orders arrive within 2–15 working days total (custom items up to 3–20 working days; fabric by the metre and express bedheads usually much faster). You'll receive tracking via text and email once collected.

Item-Specific Details

  • Fabric by the metre: Orders of 5 metres or under are folded and sent in a protective satchel. Orders over 5 metres are rolled onto a sturdy cardboard core, bubble-wrapped, and securely packed to prevent creasing or damage.
  • Express bedheads: These are prioritised for fast production using ready-to-go materials (same design as standard bedheads, available as a quicker upgrade).

We aim for fast, safe delivery so your items arrive in perfect condition.

Deliveries occur during standard business hours (9am–5pm, Mon–Fri).

Authority to Leave (ATL): We set Authority to Leave as standard for every order—this means the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is home (no signature required). If you prefer a signature-required delivery or have specific instructions (e.g., leave with neighbour, no ATL), please let us know when you place your order or message us right away.

Occasional courier delays can happen and are beyond our control, but we're always here to assist with any questions or issues.
