Returns & Refunds
All items are custom made to order specifically for you. We therefore do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or Defective Items If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund (at our discretion) at no cost to you. We will organise collection of the item at our expense for valid claims.
Warranty We provide a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage are not covered.
Return Shipping
- Change of mind returns: Not accepted
- Defective items: We cover reasonable return shipping costs
