Delivery
As items are made to order please allow 10 working days (2 weeks) for production.
Where possible orders will be completed and dispatched earlier.
Your item will be delivered to your door by a courier, this will occur within standard working hours, Monday to Friday. A tracking number will be provided to you upon despatch. As a signature is required, if you are not home when delivery is attempted a calling card will be left, you then contact the courier directly to arrange a new delivery time that suits. Alternatively you may give us authority to have them item left at your address without a signature.

Returns
As our items are made to order we do not accept returns based on change of mind. We urge you to choose fabric carefully before ordering (free fabric samples are available).
We will happily exchange an order in the unlikely event of a fault upon arrival. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Installation Instructions – Bay Wingback Bedhead
Your Bay Wingback Bedhead is designed for simple, hassle-free assembly.

The wings arrive separately and are easily attached using the screws provided.

Once secured, your Bay Bedhead will stand freely and firmly behind your ensemble—no wall mounting required.

Assembly is quick and can be completed in minutes with a standard screwdriver.

Our primary fabric partner is Warwick Fabrics, known for their quality and extensive range. The colour options shown are our stocked selections, but you’re welcome to choose any fabric from the Warwick collection. Just note that custom choices may require additional time and a small surcharge.
