Delivery
As each item is made to order, please allow up to 10 business days (2 weeks) for production. We’ll always do our best to complete and dispatch your order sooner where possible.

Your bedhead will be delivered via courier during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
As our items are made to order we do not accept returns based on change of mind. We urge you to choose fabric carefully before ordering (free fabric samples are available).
We will happily exchange an order in the unlikely event of a fault upon arrival. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Our primary fabric partner is Warwick Fabrics, known for their quality and extensive range. The colour options shown are our stocked selections, but you’re welcome to choose any fabric from the Warwick collection. Just note that custom choices may require additional time and a small surcharge.
