Delivery
As items are made to order please allow 10 working days (2 weeks) for production.
Where possible orders will be completed and dispatched earlier.
Your item will be delivered to your door by a courier, this will occur within standard working hours, Monday to Friday. A tracking number will be provided to you upon dispatch.

As our items are made to order we do not accept returns based on change of mind. We urge you to choose fabric carefully before ordering (free fabric samples are available).
We will happily exchange an order in the unlikely event of a fault upon arrival. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
