Change of Mind / Returns
As all items are custom made to order specially for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We recommend choosing your fabric and design carefully before ordering—free fabric samples are available on request to help ensure it matches your decor perfectly.
Faulty or Defective Items
In the unlikely event your item has a manufacturing fault or defect (upon arrival or within a reasonable time), please contact us as soon as possible with photos, details, and proof of purchase. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund (as appropriate) at no cost to you, including reasonable return shipping/postage if we confirm a fault.
We will arrange pickup/collection where needed (at our expense for valid claims) and aim to resolve issues quickly—your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. This covers genuine manufacturing faults (e.g., stitching or structural issues not caused by misuse, normal wear, or damage after delivery).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This voluntary warranty is in addition to (and does not affect) your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For any claims, contact us at hill.furnishings@gmail.com or 0421870066 with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We'll assess promptly and arrange the appropriate remedy for valid claims.
(Note: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or issues from improper care are not covered.)
